Covid-19 Important Appointment Guidance

  • 24-48hrs prior to your appointment you must complete a covid 19 screening form, this can be done via email, phone, fb messenger or WhatsApp to confirm that you, those in your household and bubble have no Covid-19 symptoms, I will send a copy of the form to you. Upon arrival I will require you to sign the form to confirm you have no symptoms etc.

  • Upon arrival please wait in your car. I will come out to the front door to collect you to ensure no doorbell/doors need to be touched by you.

  • Please arrive to your appointment on time, not too early and not late. Late arrivals may be turned away.

  • You will be required to wear a mask for the duration of your visit, please bring your own. I will have some spare if you do forget to bring one but these will be charged at £1.00 each. I will also be wearing a mask, a visor & gloves.

  • Once inside my home salon please wash your hands at the hand wash station for 20 seconds, disposable paper towels will be provided. Hand sanitiser will also be available.

  • Please do not bring handbags or items not needed into the salon and once hands are washed please do not touch your mobile phone until your treatment is complete.

  • Please attend your appointment alone unless you require a carer or are under the age of 16 where a parent/guardian needs to remain present for the duration of the visit.

  • Payment to be made by card or cash in an envelope or clear plastic bag, please ensure correct money to avoid money having to be touched during the appointment.

  • Unfortunately no refreshments will be provided.

  • No bathroom facilities will be available so please ensure you’ve been before you arrive.

  • If you feel unwell or have any Covid-19 symptoms please re arrange. There will be no cancellation fees for this reason so if you need to cancel last minute then please do.

  • No treatments to the face will be carried out, this is government, insurance and British Beauty Council guidelines. So for now I can’t offer any waxing to the face area, no tinting and no lash lifts

  • There will be a small surcharge of £3.00 as a one off payment for all manicures and pedicures as I will now be providing each of you with your own files, buffers and orange wood sticks, these will be stored at the salon in an envelope with your name on and kept for you only.

  • Unfortunately the Loyalty scheme that was brought in just before lockdown will be suspended for now whilst we try and recuperate months of lost earnings.

  • I have also moved address since you will have last visited. I will send the new address to you when I contact you to book your appointment. There’s driveway parking and I’m still in Yateley.

Salon Policy

Cancellations / No shows/

Rearrangement

  • Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.

  • If less than 48 hours no1ce is given you will be charged 50% of the booked treatment cost before another appointment can be made.

  • If less than 24 hours notice or no show, you will be charged 100% of the booked treatment cost before another appointment can be made.

  • Charges must be paid on the same day as the appointment via bank transfer.

Bookings

  • Bookings may be made up to a year in advance

  • Please understand it is your responsibility to remember appointment.

  • I do not offer a walk-in service. All appointments must be pre-booked.

Arrival

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment it may be necessary to reschedule. Please arrive on time but not too early as I have one-in-one-out client basis.

  • If you arrive too late and I do not have time to complete your booked treatment you will be charged as per the no show policy.

Child Safety Policy

  • Due to insurance reasons, please arrange childcare whilst you visit the salon and make the visit about you.

Personal Items

  • I am not responsible for loss or damage to personal items, including clothing, jewellery, phones and accessories.

Payment

Pre & After Care Advice

  • I reserve the right to change prices and services at any time without notification.

  • I do not accept cheques or paypal but I do accept most credit & debit cards, cash and bank transfer.

  • Gift vouchers cannnot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given for unused balances. Gift vouchers are non refundable.

  • Expired gift vouchers will not be extended.

Complaints

Pre treatment & after care advice for the following treatments will be sent prior to or on the same day as your first appointment: Gel nails, waxing, spray tanning, lash lift, massage.

If you are unhappy with a service please make contact with me regarding the issue. I will always try to rectify the problem. I do not offer refunds for services but will offer to fix/repair/redo like for like.
